1. About Rave Finance

Rave Finance (ABN 71 697 564 471) is a private lender providing property-secured and business finance.

2. Scope of lending

Rave’s products are generally structured for commercial, investment and business purposes. Where a loan is wholly or predominantly for personal, domestic or household purposes, the National Credit Code (NCC) may apply, and different disclosure obligations follow. We will tell you if your enquiry falls into that category.

3. Who and what we can lend against

Every borrower needs:

  • A company or trust registered with ASIC
  • An active ABN and GST registration
  • A commercial, business or investment purpose for the loan, never personal or consumer

We cannot lend against:

  • Properties exceeding 5 hectares
  • Nursing homes, retirement villages or guest houses
  • Incomplete buildings or contaminated sites
  • Heritage-listed properties and residual stock

4. How we assess applications

Applications are assessed against Rave’s internal lending criteria, including the value and nature of the security offered, the purpose of the loan, and the borrower’s capacity to meet the proposed terms. Indicative terms are not a guarantee of final approval.

5. Fees and charges

Any application, valuation, legal or establishment fees will be disclosed clearly in your indicative and formal offer documents before you commit to anything.

6. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us directly at info@rave.com.au and we will aim to resolve it promptly. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to raise the matter with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au, where applicable to your loan.

7. Independent advice

We recommend you seek independent legal and financial advice before entering into any credit contract with Rave Finance.
